Red light therapy has had quite the glow-up. Once tucked away in dermatology clinics and physio rooms, it's now a household wellness word, showing up in skincare masks, muscle recovery devices and, yes, hair caps.

Red light therapy, in the hair world, is officially called low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or sometimes photobiomodulation. Big words, gentle process.
